DARK FIELD CONDENSER

Dark-field condenser system is used to observe unstained specimens like bacterias, yeast, molds, body fluid, fiber, insects, scales, crystals, bone, plant & rock sections. It comprises substage immersion type dark field condenser & a 100x oil immersion objective with in-built iris diaphragm. MODEL GE-52 DF: Same as our model GE-52 but with dark field condenser system as well as bright field condenser.

TRINOCULAR HEAD

Trinocular Head is used for Binocular observation and where microphotography or video projection is required. The Head is inclined at 45 & rotatable to 360 & is fitted with Anti-reflection coated prismatic set. Interpupillary distance 55 to 75mm. Correction of eye acuity with dioptric ring on eyepiece tubes. A light path selector in head either directs 100% light for visual observation or 20% for visual observation & 80% for photography (so as to enable the user to observe and at the same time to take photograph or direct the image to video-monitor.)

Phase Contrast Equipment: Provides bright field, dark background and phase contrast by a simple changeover procedure. The latest technique provides convenient observation of all unstained colourless/transparent specimens & living bacteria. The set consists of imported Phase Contrast equipment with Precision Phase Annulus with Abbe condenser & a set of Phase plates for different objectives having provision for accurate centering with individual objective (having phase rings).At zero setting of phase turret, the microscope works as a bright field microscope. The optics set consists of Phase Objectives Ph 10x, Ph 20x, Ph 40x & Ph 100x oil immersion & a Telescopic eye-piece for centering. Complete in a wooden cabinet & provided with Instruction Manual.(Best Imported Make).

Colour Video Monitor

A High Resolution 14” colour monitor provides uniform, brilliant image. The monitor has Brightness Control and Contrast Adjustment knobs.

The standard Video Camera can be supplied with Field Lens to enhance its utility to project any outside image on the monitor screen.

Mostly used for examination of live tissue culture, Plankton, living protozoa & similar specimen grown in petridish, culture bottle etc. It finds vast application & is essential in Histology, Serology, Urology, Virology, Parasitology & Microbiology. It can also be used for phase contrast microscopy.

Heavy & sturdy base which houses the electrical system of microscope. Binocular head assembled from coated prism. Quadruple revolving nose-piece. Coarse & graduated slow motion. Large stage with extension plates for large bottles & microfilter work. Two stage clips are provided in drilled holes to hold specimen upto 40mm.
